Online reservations
You can now reserve your room online in just a few steps. Start by checking room availability by entering the required accommodation period. You can choose a package or and the room category



Credit cards
Bookings can only be accepted with a valid credit card number. Your credit card will as by your reservation be charged (“non refundable rate”) or simply  be taken to guarante your reservation; If it’s taken as guarantee you will only be charged for hotel services after your arrival. If you give us incorrect credit card details, we will be obliged to cancel your reservation, even if you have automatically received a reservation confirmation. 


SSL Secure transmission of credit card details
Your credit card details are transmitted in encoded form via SSL. Your credit card number will only be deciphered by the reservations assistant at the hotel. 

Confirmation of reservations: 
Each reservation will automatically be confirmed to your e-mail address (if correct given). This confirmation will contain the precise dates of your booking, plus a reservation number. You may also request for the confirmation to be sent to you via fax. If you are travelling, you can make a hard copy and print out the confirmation. 

Cancellation terms: 
To avoid cancellation costs please refer to the cancelation policy of your reservation. We suggest you to make a travel assurance next to your assurance company.
Place of jurisdiction: 
All contracts and business relationships entered into with the hotel are subject to local law.
City Tax
The city tax of CHF 4.70 per person per night is not included in the room rate and has to be paid in the hotel separately.
Vouchersx
All vouchers can also be redeemed for services other than those printed on them. As long as the value of the purchased service remains the same.
